I’ve been a window world customer since the early 2000s and I will continue to use them. They are very efficient they take their time once they finish everything is explain to you. Also, they clean up behind them selves very well. They also have a lifetime warranty and very good customer service.

I have had 21 windows replaced by Wlndow World and have not had any problems over the years. They have stood behind every window and fixed any problem, of which there have been very few. People are very friendly and helpful!

Updated: had issues with replacement windows installed under previous owners, so this is not entirely a review of the current company. The process of fixing the windows did take a few months, but I have to commend the current owner for making good on these and replacing one set of windows, and doing the maintenance needed on the others. Bill did conscientious work and even let us know when there was an issue with the factory replacements, which they took care of. The price and the lifetime warranty are good. The office admin are absolutely wonderful. Just be aware that things do take longer than expected/desired.
