The workmanship and professionalism were top notch. The price was spot on. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other quotes we got. And the tell all proof is in the final result, beautiful looking windows all the way around the house. Could not be more pleased. Thank you Window World!

I had a great experience with Forrest and his team today!! They were friendly and respectful. They gave me time to secure my pets while they worked on items outside the house. They had the windows in the house faster than I had anticipated. But still paid attention to detail and made sure job was done right. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished. They showed me how to work the windows and gave me an opportunity to ask any questions I had. I highly recommend Window World of Kentuckiana!!

The entire process from start to finish was fantastic! I replaced the original windows on my house from 1989. Most of my old ones wouldnt open and had broken seals. I talked to 3 different companies, and window world knew more technical information about installation and the windows overall than anyone else. They also offered the lowest price (by a lot). I was quoted 7 week turnaround time before install, but the windows were ready in about 3. Install was quick, and there is no leaks afterwards. I got double pane with argon and low e, and my upstairs is a lot cooler. I also really like the custom window lock with their logo (a fine touch). Hands down would recommend window world to anyone.

Needed an updated entrance to our home. Something with windows to let more light in. Brendan came to our home; we talked about what we wanted. He showed us some pictures. Gave us an estimate. Grrrrrreat price!! We decided that afternoon to use Window World. He ordered our new entry way that afternoon. He told us six to eight weeks to make. Came in about 5 weeks later! Beautiful workmanship! Sooooo happy with our new updated entry to our home. Would highly recommend Window World!! Great workmanship, quality, looks and priced comparatively lower

Window World just finished our home project. WOW!!! What a difference the windows made. 32 new windows were installed in 2 days and we are beyond happy with everything. I wish I could post a picture of the changes. We just had 14 windows replaced by Window World of Kentuckiana and are so pleased with our experienced! We worked with Nick to make sure the window measurements were exactly what was needed and when the install crew got here they said his measurements were perfect. The crew was here on time (even a little early) and got everything done very quickly, cleaned up after themselves as they did work, were thorough and professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The amount for the windows was fairly priced, ordering was fast with the windows getting here a week early, and they were able to get us on the schedule for the next day following delivery. we would absolutely recommend Window World for any work needed!

Just had 7 windows replaced with Window World and wish we would have upgraded sooner. Pretty sure the windows we had replaced were from the 1930’s. The new windows have cut down the street noise we get from Bardstown Road. We had terrible gaps in 3 of the upstairs windows allowing so much air in. With the new Window World windows we can now keep the upstairs and hallway warm. It’s only been a week, but we’ve had all 4 seasons in that week and can tell a major difference in the temperature upstairs. Brendan was the sales rep that came by, it was nice to have a quote instantly instead of waiting a few days or weeks like some of the other companies. Kenny and his helper were polite and courteous and knocked out the work in 1 day. We’re set for quite a while on windows, but Window World will be the first call I make when it comes time to update more.

Had my windows for a while before I had an issue so it was a relief to know that they were still in business. Made a call was informed of turnover time ( few weeks) all good no worries and that’s exactly how it went, after a few weeks our window arrived and a date for installation was set .
Cassy called that morning letting us know he was a few min away and was in and out in no time . Cassy was curious and professional and actually took care of a couple other minor window issues we had put off which we really appreciate .

What a great set of folks!! From the start I’ve been so pleased. Tim was patient with all my dilemmas in the beginning. Long story. Then the install teams for siding and windows and doors and the shutters. Good gracious how awesome the experience was. My house looks almost new! I have to get it power washed but that’s on me. Highly recommend everyone call them. No issues at all.

My grandson had his windows replaced. I shopped around for a good price and needed an estimate over phone. WW was the only accommodating comp, everyone else said would only come out to give estimate. Their prices were great.
Then we had a small fire had to replace side of house siding & gutters. Their price was not much more than what our insurance paid. I would definitely recommend WW !!
